I started taking these as I was experiencing constipation as a side effects of my current medication. Within five days I found I was going regularly so they are effective if you keep up with the two gummies a day. they are great value compared to other brands.I also like the taste as they are just like gummies fruity sweets so easy to chew.

I swear by these things! I take one before bed, and most of the time I'm good to go in the morning. If I know that my eating was lucking fruit+veg in the day, then I take 2 gummies before bed. If you take other supplements like iron, make sure you take the supplements in the morning or during the day, and then just the fibre gummies before bed. They taste good too!

These are very tasty. I'm sleeping well, my gut is working much better and I'm happy with that.

been taking these for 10 days now. Make a difference but it's pretty minor but could be cus my diet sucks. Also leave a tangy after taste after eating.edit:been taking for about 6 weeks now significantly better digestion.
