Review: Perfect for moving a heavy bench - I used these for my woodwork bench which sits on a concrete floor. My bench is very heavy solid hardwood. These castors are brilliant. The four hole fixing is fine although I had to substitute 2 screws due to the heads of the supplied ones being a bit soft. I also bolted them in pairs using a length of timber. (See Woodsmiths tip). I can now easily raise and lower my bench and position with ease. Perfect.

Sometimes you need it to be rock solid when in its final position. These wheels allow your equipment to sit directly on the floor when not being moved. This is far better. I highly recommend these wheels.

I used these for my woodwork bench which sits on a concrete floor. My bench is very heavy solid hardwood. These castors are brilliant. Great castors. I put these on my startrite 275 table saw. It’s a big old beast. But now when it needs moving, it’s a simple one man task. I drilled and tapped the steel base but these have no sweat lifting it.
