Hopefully its doing what it should

I'm in week 7 of two a day of these. Nail growth speed is as never before and I had bendy soft nails - now like daggers ! Skin perhaps softer and hair def more shiny with significant hair drop much improved.BUT and sorry to get more physical. I am both constipated since starting and when I pee the smell is very unattractive. I am divided whether to deal with those symptoms and keep the benefits or stop these effective and nasally repugnant pills which don't leave my system well.Anyone else smell fishy ???Yuck

j'utilise ce collagène depuis plus d'un an maintenant. j'ai la peau beaucoup moins sèche qu'avant et quand je l'arrête (cure), la peau sèche revient. Il faut bien 10 jours pour que l'effet peau moins sèche se face sentir. Donc je ne fais plus de cure, je le prend quotidiennement.
