I was very sceptical about Collagen supplements. There are so many varieties and different ways to take it. I can't stand the liquid satchets or powders so I researched what was in those and found this tablet form that has the same ingredients and dosage. My joints have made a massive improvement. I am perimenopausal and had a frozen shoulder about a year ago and my knees were so bad that I really thought that surgery would be the only way forward. I started taking these in March 25 (along with introducing gentle exercise), and it took about 10 weeks before I really noticed them working. For me they feel like a miracle tablet. I just can't believe that Collagen is so important for your joints too and not just skin, hair and nails, which have also benefitted immensely. My hairdresser has noticed the difference in my hair texture and even my eyebrows look better. I would 100% recommend these, just be patient as it does time time to feel the benefit.

I'm in week 7 of two a day of these. Nail growth speed is as never before and I had bendy soft nails - now like daggers ! Skin perhaps softer and hair def more shiny with significant hair drop much improved. BUT and sorry to get more physical. I am both constipated since starting and when I pee the smell is very unattractive. I am divided whether to deal with those symptoms and keep the benefits or stop these effective and nasally repugnant pills which don't leave my system well. Anyone else smell fishy ??? Yuck

I have now been taking these for 3 months and I notice my hair & nails are strong and grow quicker. I feel the tablets have made my skin clearer. The only downside are the capsules are quite large and sometimes difficult to swallow

Buon prodotto, soprattutto per il benessere delle articolazioni. Dopo circa due settimane di utilizzo ho notato una riduzione dei dolori articolari. La posologia è semplice: ne assumo due compresse la sera e lo trovo pratico da inserire nella routine quotidiana. Per quanto riguarda il supporto alle giunture, la mia esperienza è positiva. Non ho invece notato particolari effetti sulla pelle, ma l'ho acquistato principalmente per il benessere articolare, quindi per me ha comunque raggiunto il suo scopo. Lo considero un buon supporto per chi pratica attività fisica moderata. Nel mio caso faccio regolarmente camminata veloce e ho apprezzato i benefici ottenuti. Consigliato a chi cerca un aiuto per mantenere in salute articolazioni e mobilità.

mi experiencia: ✅ Lo que me gusta: Desde la segunda o tercera semana noté la piel un poco más hidratada y con mejor textura: se ve más lisa y “suave”. El ácido hialurónico parece cumplir su función hidratante. Creo que mi cabel­lo y uñas se han fortalecido un poco: las uñas se rompen menos y el cabello pierde menos brillo, lo que para mí ya es un plus. También me siento algo más cómoda en mis articulaciones. No esperaba milagros, pero sí noto menos rigidez en días de mucho movimiento. 🌀 Lo que hay que tener en cuenta: Hay que ser constante — si te lo saltas varias semanas, los efectos se reducen. No es mágico de un día para otro. No vi cambios drásticos en arrugas profundas o firmeza “anti-edad” — los resultados son más bien sutiles y graduales.
