Oil Cleanser
This oil is supposedly safe for mascara removal but it stung my eyes when I rinsed it off my face (I don’t wear mascara so I’m glad Ididn’t rub it in to that area the first time I used it). I bought it to try as a first step for a ‘double cleanse’ with Pai’s Middlemist Seven cleanser which I love so much that I would never be without it, but the bottle of Light Work has now been abandoned and I’ve gone back to using micellar water for removing makeup and spf. Sorry Pai, but this one’s not for me. Love that I could find that out with a travel size bottle though!

The product is very very thick and you need yo mix it with water and use more of it to take off makeup especially eye make up.

Very satisfied
Very happy with this product. I have very sensitive skin that becomes dry and tight easily. Oil cleansing has been very helpful. This product does not irritate my skin at all and it throughly removes makeup including eye makeup up. It is better and more gentle than other more expensive brands I have tried.

Not much of a lather
Not much of a lather. It’s a bit heavy too.

Perfect size
I LOVE LOVE LOVE the product, and my face has done wonderfully with it after struggling with dryness and redness on the cheeks. But the regular size is very inconvenient to travel with. I’m so happy with this size and it’s perfect to take with me out of town or even if I have days away from home locally and need to freshen up.

This oil works fabulously for my friend but not for me.
I have a friend with gorgeous blemish free sensitive skin that has a tendency to get dry. She seems to glow with health. Over the years we have shared beauty tips and some worked well for one of us, but not the other. She shared her recent find that she have been using for three weeks the Pai oil. Before I ordered it, she said the oil had a soothing quality to her skin without clogging her pores. It was not sticky, and deeply hydrating. I opened the bottle right away and applied it to my neck and face gently. Before I finished putting the oil on the right side of my face my neck started to burn and the right side of my face hurt so much I grabbed a face towel, ran it under warm water and removed the oil from my neck and face. The color of my neck and face was bright red and hurt when I touched it! This does not happen to my friend! After reading the ingredients, list I could not find the culprit that caused the burn! This tells me I need to learn more about the ingredients I thought I knew well! The best I can be of help to you in you deciding whether to try this oil or not is to buy the smalled size. It may work as great for you as it does my friend.
