Hello and congrats on making available a healthy and spectacular product! I just received my second shipment and I thought it was a good time to tell the wonderful changes I have had since using He Shou Wu. Firstly I will say that it has a very mild taste and I could only taste it if I mixed it with water only. Hot works the best for mixing, although if I am making coffee I just toss it in. This second shipment I received the little mixing spoon, as they must have been out on my first shipment, it's cute! I used a bamboo chopstick to stir before as you don't want to use steel utensils. Anyway, I have been noticing and so have my teenagers that the back and sides of my graying hair are beginning to turn a dark gray when they were a light gray to white. I was so surprised that it was happening so fast, but I am looking forward to seeing more results. I actually do receive a natural energy boost not jittery, so that is a plus, and I think it helped me get over the flu and not have it as bad as others in the house. I am going to try and get others like my husband to use this as I am not even done with the 1st bag and you get two in each box. So not sure if I can use more of the product than directed now since my body is used to it? Anyway thank you for making such a wonderful product, I think everyone should give it a try : - )

I have only had this product for a week or so. I was quite impressed with the packaging. The bamboo spoon is a very nice touch as well. I will admit that I was surprised that it tasted as good as it did. I think that it's likely way too early to tell what the benefits might be for me. It could be the placebo effect, but it seems as though my mind could be a little bit sharper, with better focus, for a few hours after drinking this tea. My question to the community of those who drink this is: do you notice flatulence after drinking this tea? It could be a coincidence, but it happened a few days in a row. And when I stopped drinking the tea, it stopped. I am lactose intolerant, so naturally I checked the box for any mention of milk or lactose and there was none. I will try again. I’ve been taking He Shou Wu (Fo-Ti) root (often spelled “Ho Shou Wu”) on and off for about 10 years, trying several different brands during that time. This particular one is easily the best I’ve had so far. The flavor is genuinely pleasant — smooth, earthy, and much better than most versions I’ve tried. It mixes fairly well with water too, which makes it easy to take daily without much hassle. Some roots can be gritty or overly bitter, but this one has a really nice consistency and taste. I haven’t quite finished the full package yet, but based on my long experience with this herb, the quality, texture, and flavor stand out immediately. So far, I’m very impressed and would definitely purchase it again.

I have been using He Shou Wu for many years. I am now over 50, and I think I have 2 gray hairs. People can't believe I'm over 50 and I never color my hair! I would never dye my hair because of the chemicals, so this is a perfect way to maintain my natural hair color even though I would not mind naturally graying hair. I tried this brand because it is organic, which is important to me as I am very health conscious. I eat healthy, train super hard every day, etc. Why not look as young as you feel? I always have a lot of energy and I rarely feel tired. I put the powder in my morning matcha with ginger and turmeric powder (and a little instant coffee if I want a kick in the butt), and it tastes fine. I am in perfect health with no chronic conditions, I don't know if I can say it's because of the He Shou Wu but this is part of my regimen and I feel great! I highly recommend this product, it is really well packaged so it arrived really fresh, everything was sealed with no mess. And I love the little spoon that came with it! Great product, so glad I found it.

I have been taking one spoon of this He Shou Wu powder for about 6 months. I was worried about my liver after I read some reviews that liver damage could be one of the side effects. I feel fine. However, after taking one spoon mixed with water every morning, there's absolutely nothing going on for me. Some reviews were raving about this powder, and I was really hoping to experience positive effect. But unfortunately nothing. I have been patiently waiting for 6 months. Another note.. For a product with 1.7K reviews, I only saw a dozen or so reviews for 2026. I always look at the latest reviews to get a better understanding of the product. I wonder whether there are no recent purchases, or bulk of these reviews are 'purchased'

This product came packaged extremely well. It is nice to see a company honor their product with care. The powder is clumping free, mixed easily with just water or even in a smoothie. The taste is very mild while being earthy enough to know it's in your drink. I take He Shou Wu for the benefits it gives my hair. I am 67 years old and my hair has very few strands of gray because of the He Shou Wu. It becomes longer, thicker and shiner while using this product. I love that it is organic, helps with my skin, hair, nails, etc. Purity has one it right with this one.

I initially bought this product to naturally reverse my graying hair. I read the reviews and figured I had nothing to lose. I’ve only been taking it for about three weeks and am very impressed with results. Although I can’t say I see much change in my hair, I have noticed remarkable changes in other areas. My sleep pattern has changed drastically where I no longer take prescribed medication to go to sleep. I was diagnosed as a chronic insomniac several years ago and have not gotten decent sleep without the aid of medication. Within days of taking this, I stared having deep sleep and was able to fall asleep within minutes of going to bed, no matter how much coffee I drank during the day. I still average four hours of sleep, but it is now restful sleep and when I wake up, I am no longer sluggish. I’m wide awake. Also, my stiff/aching knees are much better and I am able to rise after sitting for long periods of time with little to no pain. A big difference than before. Walking up and down the steps are no longer as painful. I add one spoonful of the wooden spoon that came with it in my coffee and enjoy the taste. I drink my coffee strong, with powder creamer and no sugar. The He Shou Wu does not change the taste at all. If anything, it gives it a smoother taste. I’m very happy with the product and have already ordered a second bag even though I still have quite a bit left in the first bag. I highly recommend this product. ***UPDATE 10/12/18)***. I just completed the first bag and since ordering the second bag, have now ordered two more, to total four bags. I love the product and have started seeing black hair growing back in where the silver was growing. I love the energy, clarity, and focus from this product and highly recommend to anyone considering purchasing. Additionally, the seller is very responsive and goes the extra mile to satisfy the customer. Upon opening the second bag, I noticed the wooden spoon was not included. I emailed the seller and had a response the next day, apologizing and agreeing to send a replacement. What customer service!!
