After that, I put some toothpaste on it and let him have another look at it before I started using it.The food my dogs have is supposed to stop tartar from building up on their teeth, but since they changed the recipe, it no longer does that.That’s why I’ve had to start using a tooth brush.Not all dogs like having their teeth cleaned. My youngest wasn’t too happy with his being brushed at first, but now he’s used to it and doesn’t bother about it.Not only does brushing your dog’s teeth prevent the build-up of plaque, tartar, and calculus. It also prevent gingivitis, gum disease and bad breath.The brush is easy to use and easy to clean.I tend to brush his teeth once a day, which is always at night as during the day he chews a stag’s antler, (which also help to keep your dog’s teeth clean).I can personally recommend this product. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Have a go!! *by A***N on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 14 January 2020* Great product, my dogs loves it, even though it looks like a dildo. However as with all things not durable enough. I have tried a couple of version of this product and even though I have a Jack Russell he still managers fo tear it apart after an hour or so. Great idea as you can see the device reaching all the teeth, just needs to be more durable. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Good idea but not very practical for my dog *by E***E on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 17 December 2017* I have used one of the brushes that fit on the finger but thought I would try this type of brush. I was able to get to the back of my dogs mouth easier but I did not find the brush easy to use at all. A good idea but the opening was too narrow for wide back teeth.
