Been using these and they’ve been much better than cheaper fish oil capsules I’ve tried before.The biggest plus for me is there’s barely any fishy aftertaste or repeating afterwards, which is usually what puts me off omega 3 supplements. The capsules are a bit large, but still easy enough to swallow with water.I also like that the EPA and DHA levels are properly high, so you’re actually getting a decent amount of omega 3 without taking loads of capsules daily.Overall, feels like a good quality supplement, easy to take consistently, and good value for the strength.

I have been taken these since early February along with my partner. Firstly although they are quite large capsules I find them easy to swallow with no issues of sticking in throat.A lot of people have mentioned the fishy taste/after burp. I haven’t had any issues with this, maybe the odd burp but it’s understandable due to the ingredients in the capsules. Nothing that would stop me using them. Very little to no odor from capsulesAs for the quality of capsules, I have noticed a difference in my joint pain as I suffer from hip and knee pain and this has subsided a lot. I feel my nails have become stronger and I don’t take any other supplement as in collagen which would improve the strength of my nails. Still early days for brain function, however I do feel more focused and alert in work and doing daily tasks.It is still early days of taken the capsules so I will continue to take them and see if the benefits continue.

High strength omega 3. Usual size capsule. Take 2-3 with a glass of water go down ok without sticking to your throat, reasonable price. Come sealed in sturdy bottle. Would buy again

Very good product however I didn’t get 120 tablets as has only lasted for 1 month and 24 days. For that reason I have put 3 stars
