Decent product but will not be a repurchase for me.
I purchased this to line the inside of my cat litter box furniture. It's completely clear with a glossy finish. It's sticky enough that I have not had peeled corners. It's also very forgiving because I had to reline one of the litter box furniture. I was able to pull the laminate up and reposition it. It was still very sticky even after the reposition. What I didn't like about it is that it has a bad adhesive smell. Nothing too horrible, but I'm sure it'll bother people with a sensitive nose. It has been about a week since I used it. The cat litter box furniture are inside a small bathroom with no windows, and even after a week, I can still kind of smell the adhesive. So if you are using a lot of this in a small confined area, I would recommend to air it out for a few days. It's also much thinner than I had expected. It didn't break apart or anything but I would prefer it to be slightly thicker. I'm not sure if it'll hold up in the long run. The most difficult part was the application. The curl of the roll that it came in was very hard to remove or "correct", making it extremely difficult to apply this without lots of air bubbles. The backing paper was very thin and often broke apart when I tried to peel it away. I thought putting the furniture together would be difficult but the application of this laminate actually took the longest time. Took me roughly about 20-30 mins to completely line one furniture because it was hard to apply it correctly (due to the roll curl) and I had to spend lots of time to remove the air bubbles Overall, I'm satisfied with it for the purpose of lining the inside of furniture, which I don't mind doing again in the future when the laminate needs to be "replaced". But if I'm working on something that needs a more "permanent" finish, I'll probably look for something a little more heavy duty. I also will not repurchase this if I have to work on a large area because of the difficult application process. For smaller projects, I don't mind using it again.

The clearest contact paper I've had
I've been buying contact paper to cover all my paperback books for fifteen years now, and this is my new favorite. It's the clearest brand I've found, so it looks best. I've used another brand that wrinkled up the day after I covered a book with it, but this brand stays in place. And it's no harder to place smoothly than the other brands are. Definitely a winner and I'll keep buying it again.

What CAN'T Duck do? This stuff is perfect.
When I was in the Army, we patched up everything with Duck (100mph) tape. If Duck tape couldn't fix it, it couldn't be fixed. So, I needed some laminate that wasn't matte or covered in ponies, rainbows, or flowers, and it was Duck to the rescue! (Ok, probably not even the same company, but definitely the same level of usefulness.) I needed a decent laminate that wouldn't tear, wrinkle, destroy my stuff, or make my stuff almost impossible to see. Plus, it needed to be easy to measure because I don't have a ton of time to goof around when things need done. And oh, dear God or whatever you hold dear, make it easy to cut. I'm not wrapping Christmas presents, here... This exceeded my expectations on every count and, when I needed to reposition it slightly, it didn't rip my glossy paper away with it. This stuff is perfect for everything. If they ever change it, I'm pelting them with Nerf darts.

It is contact paper but not impressed with quality
Used this contact paper to put on wall as a DIY dry erase surface. It is contact paper as described, thin, and transparent. However, I expected a little more from this name brand product. I added this to a section that I started from clear contact I believe I purchased from the Dollar Tree. Duck and cheap brand is same in height but Duck contains more length if comparing the price; ie for the same $5.. I received more product of the Duck brand. Honestly, the cheaper version was easier to apply to the wall and more giving when repositioning. The Duck brand does it job.. it adheres but there was a section I had difficulty with... lost grip of paper and it stuck to itself. When pulled apart, that section was a hot mess and you can see wrinkling in that section. Overall, it is what it is described as, served its purpose but I'll elect to stick to the cheaper version.

Bubble resistant.
I bought two rolls of contact paper a while back for doing books, a roll of this and a much more expensive roll of matte, which also had less per roll than this has. I started using the matte roll first, and while I could get some good results on occasion, it was usually very fussy and not easy at all to reposition or get bubbles out (poking holes in the bubble seemed to work best). Not really all that fussy about the results as long as it is doing the job. Finally ran out of the first roll, and started using this. Boy what a difference. It has all the right properties to make the job easy (it lives up to the name). Just the right amount of tack so that if there is any bubbles they are easy to push out and repossession if necessary yet it sticks well enough that it doesn't seem to peel. Only downside is is I think I like the matte better as far as looks and feel.

Great way to laminate large projects
I used this to laminate DIY yard sale signs that I am hoping to be able to reuse. The liner is removable so it isn't as sticky as permanent contact paper but it made it easier to reposition as I was applying. It didn't tear my poster board, which was fantastic. It applied pretty smoothly with only a few air bubbles, which I was able to squeeze out, but those air bubbles were mainly due to my learning curve. We didn't have any severe weather, but the signs still look great even after being displayed outdoors for 3 days & nights. Because it is clear, there is some glare depending on how the light hits it, but it wasn't a hindrance. The back lining has ruler guidelines which is very helpful for cutting and lining up on the project. It was a little tricky applying the first time, but it became easier each time I used it as I learned how to improve my technique. I cut so I had a 1-in border and started at one corner and lined it up using the ruler guides and attached it to my table. Then I peeled the backing off for about 2 inches and attached the remainder of the 1-in border to my table, keeping the remaining amount of contact paper rolled up in my hand. Then I just slowly unrolled the contact paper a couple inches at a time, attaching & smoothing it to my poster board as I went.

A little too strong for my cricut crafts
Definitely sticky! But a little too much for my cricut crafts. I have trouble removing it from my actual work when I try to transfer it. I โpre-useโ it by putting it on my shirt or pants before, and that seems to help a bit. Good product, but not exactly easy for me for my use

Buy this every year for my classroom
This is my second year of buying this for my classroom. I use this to adhere my student's photos and names on to their desks. It does start to peel off after awhile but I just cut off the peeling ends and it remains. So far I haven't had any issues peeling it off but it does leave a residue on the desk which comes off with cleaner. This product works for what I need it for.

Do not use where vision is needed
It's a great product and very easy to use. I would only cover books or shelves with this and NOT where vision is needed such as a mask or window. I applied it to my mask and sand blasting cabinet window and it creates a very hazy and blurry finish. It is quite literally worse than having a heavy eye prescription.
