Nope. Not an alternative
I expect this one to taste quite similar to the non plant based one. But unfortunately they are not and the consistency is very thick compared to 100% whey French vanilla flavour.

The only EAA supplement that doesn't contain tryptophan
It makes a superior replacement to BCAAs for depleting tryptophan in the CNS. The taste is pretty good as as well.
