Trash... I have been charging this controller for over an hour and it is still sitting at 0%. I should have known when I plugged it in and it said only 5%, I have tried resetting it and still nothing. This really makes me wonder how they do there testing, because if this can't hold a proper charge and should have been caught in the testing phase... I use this on my Windows 11 laptop and the Sony Accessory's software along with Windows and DSX for Windows all show it at 0%... Update: I have left it plugged in for now going on 3 hours and it says its at 10%, but when I disconnect it, it dies instantly.

So far so good. Love the color!! Al ok the things work 👌 charges fast ! Buttons are easy to gently wipe clean. Duo sense is super cool and works well. Speaker/mic thing works well! These things are not very durable though but I get it. Just wish they were like drop proof a little bit ..cuz u accidentally drop it and like boom it won't work right ... this is our 5th one in like 6 months.. not the fault of the brand or anything. Just gets knocked over off shelf 1ft up off the floor,or drops out of kids hands from like slouchy bean bag length up off floor, but if it hits the floor carpet or not it stops working and gets glitchy... I hope this one is good longer.

So far, so good. Albeit, it came assembled weird. As first I assumed the right stick was broken as I felt a crack when rotated the stick around. Any issue at all with a controller this expensive is unacceptable so I considered reporting this and getting it replaced, however I realized that the black plating around the sticks was not clipped on right at all, and after taking it off then putting it back on right, it was totally fine. The crack was still there though in the right stick, so I realized that the rubber nub on it was put on upside down, leading to the issue there. Other than how badly it was assembled, it's perfect, clean, and basically brand new. Works amazing, I love it. The quality is incredible, the controller feels great to play with. I especially appreciate the back buttons you can map, and what's cooler is that Playstation has an app for PC that allows you to configure the buttons in any way you want into profiles, and switching profiles is seamless and only takes two simultaneously button presses. Depending on the game, I switch the profiles to suit my needs with the buttons on the back, it's very convenient.

Obviously on the expensive side and probably doesn’t offer that much for the money to most gamers. Battery dies very, very quickly. However, it is a good controller and has lots of configuration options and swapable components that aren’t available for standard controllers. A justifiable splurge for someone who is really into gaming

Controller is clean and good. But the packaging was not safe for the controller. Its got stick drift heavily. Right thumbstick is super finicky. I can provide video if necessary. It makes you do a 360 degree spin every few moments. Which makes games borderline unplayable.

Viene un poco raspado y no me permite conectarlo a la consola ya seguí los pasos de la tarjeta pero sin éxito . Tampoco parpadea cuando está cargando .

El producto estéticamente se encuentra en condiciones aceptables, pero en cuanto a software la palanca izquierda cuenta con un ligero driff hacia la izquierda lo que no te permite jugar cómodamente presentando la falla en ocasiones repentinas.

No es reacondicionado, es un control usado es una robo, está sucio y no viene con el cable original

Ni siquiera viene en su empaque o caja original, solo envuelto en burbujas.
