Perfect guitar humidifier
The simple design and cheap to buy does exactly what I need. It allows the humidification of the inside of my guitar whilst it is in its case. Pushing it into the round hole of the acoustic guitar is easy between the middle stings. Very easy to check whether sponge needs water and replace.

Works great, and I like the fact that it's completely reusable where other products require you to keep buying humidifier packets. A feature that wasn't obvious before I bought it is that it has grooves on either side so that it doesn't move about when clipped between the strings. This means it won't fall out or come into contact with the body of the guitar when moved around. Definitely worth buying for peace of mind if you have a decent guitar.

Easy to use
I bought this for my Gibson Hummingbird in the very hot weather. Easy to use - slightly tricky getting to stay in place but all in all well worth having.

Great for the winter months
Great for use during winter months when central heating is on they just provide some humidification slowly on the guitar in its case to prevent it drying out, just need to reset the sponge when needed, these are great for when the heating kicks in in October and I revive them in March.

Ok for your not too expensive instrument.
This is an ok contraption, if you are good at remembering to fill the sponge every third day when it's really dry. I don't so I cannot use this for my expensive guitar. Also, in that regard; it does not regulate humidity, it just adds humidity, so you have to watch out that the guitar does not gets "too wet". That too can damage an instrument. There are better solutions for your top end instrument. It looks ok and fits well between the strings of the guitar. Easy to fit, but a bit awkward to fit the sponge back into the container, as it has not really been cut to fit the space it's given. No big problem, just a design glitch.

Wonderful
Does a great job of keeping the hole moist. Wetting the sponge every three days keeps it consistently 55%, juuust the ticket for my beautiful Taylor!

Very effective and useful in hot dry weather
Bought this to use with the guitar during the hot dry season, but it's useful whenever the humidity is low to keep the instrument safe. Easy to use and value for money.

Amazing yet simple to use product!
It works! My guitar healed after using this for a month continuously! You just gotta fill it up everyday and eventually you'll find yourself filling it less frequently and that's when you know the guitar is getting better.

The safest way to control humidity of your guitar.
By far the safest way to maintain the humidity in your acoustic guitar. Their are other ways out their but this is the safest in my opinion. People in this review section don't know what they are talking about so don't judge this product based on these reviews. I admit that the product should not be priced this much i mean this is just a plastic cup with holes in it and a sponge. But good luck with your homemade experimental crap. I am not about to experiment on my guitar. And i don't think people who own an expensive guitar would either. The way this product works is you should have a hard case for your acoustic guitar. Open the cap and take the sponge out. Wet the sponge and squeeze the excess water until it is just lightly wet and not dripping( this is the most important part you don't want water dripping in your guitar). Place the sponge back in the plastic container and slide the whole thing in between D and G string and place your guitar in your case. Keep it inside for 24 hours and check if the sponge is dry if it is then repeat the same process again. If the sponge is wet at all after the 24 hours? Then your guitar is at the perfect humidity. You should take your room's humidity into consideration too. Too much of something is not good. Be careful and always check on your guitar while using the product as water can damage the wood if not handled properly.
