This is the best brain vitamin I have tried. It helped take away the fogginess and made my thinking a lot clearer and faster.

My brother has been using this since senior year of high school to help with his adhd and now as a freshman in collage he says it helps him stay focused in school and during studying. I on the other hand had wisdom surgery over a two months ago with a high risk of nerve damage. I have had neuropathy on my bottom lip, chin and some of my bottom teeth which caused full numbness since surgery. I was recommended b12 and vitamin d by my doctor but I replaced my b12 with this vitamin. It has been one week of me taking this and I can already feel my bottom lip. I can't speak on focus, I feel like I haven't noticed anything yet but I'm happy I can feel my lip now.

Unfortunately, I was not able to take this, because it interfered with my prescription meds and made me feel dizzy and foggy. My Wife, however, is able to take them, with no complications and they help her to focus and are helpful nutritionally as well. Check with your Doctor, to see if it's OK to take them with other meds, such as cold medicines, or heart medications etc...I'm glad they work for my Wife at least. I think it is overpriced. I think there is a slight difference then before I started taking it.

Couldn't really tell a difference, on the plus side it absorbed better than some other vitamins since it didnt smell like most of it was peed away.

If i dont have these each morning - I feel it later at work. Yes! I can hold a thought for more than 5 seconds & I remember what i went into that room for! (Testimony from a 58-year-old lady)

I barely start using it but i can tell it’s doing something little there, which i like and is something to me.
