Helps me tremendously with sleep, great value

The top would not come off by following their directions, so I used a saw and screwdriver to destroy the orange top to get at the product. I hope the product inside is made to a higher standard than the top.

Price was right. Seem to be excellent quality.

I take this and magnesium 30 minutes before bed and within about 15 minutes of getting in bed Im very relaxed and get drowsy and fall asleep with no issues. I wake up without any weird medicine hangover feelings like some stuff can give me. I only take half the dose and that seems to work good. Best part is I stay asleep. I dont wake up for no reason after 3 or 4 hours of sleep.
