Mine is the ceramic coated one, I think you can get non ceramic ones which are cheaper. **Q: Can you cook pizzas on this ? If so can you fit a large pizza on it** A: You can't get a whole large pizza in it but if you cut it into 3 you can get each individual piece in. It doesn't take long but don't have the gas too high or the base will burn. Had to return my first one and the plastic handle holder had broken in transit but no problem with the return or replacement. They make unbelievable toasties and are good for a number of other things, I’ve done “pitta pockets” and a chilli pie in it too. It’s not. Water tight (that would be a BAD idea) so you have to be careful when flipping ouly stuff eg bacon but it does a great job of keeping the steam in.
