First off the are sleek and they can be locked closed so they can store and in their own included storage bag, great for travelling. They heat up quickly to many different heats depending on your hair, they don't pull those wispy bits and glide nicely down the hair leaving it lovely and straight after one pass. They are light weight compared to other I have tried in the past and you don't have to apply pressure to keep plates together. The on/off buttons are nicely at the side so you don't end up turning them off when using them (unlike my Reminghton ones that are now redundant). One really nice point is these have an auto shut off so now bo last minute did I /didnt I turn them off before I left the house. Overall great straighteners at an affordable price.
