Q: Hello brought this but it’s come with no honey jar what do I need to do ?

I would contact customer service and explain that it came without the honey jar. Or return it and get a refund! If it was me I'd take a Pic of the product as it should help. So you only got the lip balm? Can't think why no jar. Hope you can resolve this issue.

Q: Do these make your lips feel tacky, you know kinda sticky and clumps?

This lip balm has a matte finish which you may find feels tackier than a gloss lip balm. I personally prefer the matte finish and I don't mind the feel of it at all. I certainly wouldn't describe it as sticky or clumpy though.

Q: Are these the regular size lip balms or mini versions?
