I needed this as my dress showed too many lumps and bumps. The spanx smoothed me out. People even commented on my lovely shape (if only they knew!!) & I was comfortable wearing this item for 13 hours! Going to the loo was tricky. I didn't feel confident about using the opening successfully (perhaps I should have practised!) so I had to pull the spanx down. It was a mission to get it all back in place inside a tiny toilet cubicle! For this reason I will just keep spanx for special occasions.

The body rolled down almost immediately after putting it on making it unwearable

Very comfortable,easy to put on. Smooth rather than slim thighs and tummy. I wore them all day and they were lovely. The top has a bit of a tendency to roll down,which was a little annoying but I love my Spanx and would reccomend them.

Overall I'm happy with these pants -- they do eliminate the muffin top/love handles by being so high-waisted and they smooth out lumps and bumps. I wouldn't say they cinched me in or slimmed me by a lot, maybe half an inch? Hard to tell, the effect wasn't significant. I agree the material is very thin, but I think that's important for the function -- just think of it like putting on sheer tights, roll on gently and don't try to pull from the top. I was happy to get a known brand for a good deal.

I sent the larger size back as I thought a smaller one would do the trick better. I suppose the flesh has to go somewhere as it didn't make too much difference really, only harder to get on. Keeps the stomach down a bit I suppose and the unslightly under arm rool of fat wasn't so pronounced. A slimmer lady would benefit more but then why would they need one anyway?

Really poor quality, arrived in clear plastic wrapping and tags etc stitched poorly. Having bought spanx before really doubt this is the genuine article. Stuck to the size guide and way too small.

Arghhhh how do you stop them from rolling down?! Bought correct size but they just won’t stay up….

I have worn these once, washed them ad instructed, and then they fell apart as I tried to put them on a second time! Very poor quality especially for the price.

Very poor quality - ripped the second time I wore them. Waste of money, and YES I got my size.

Put a run up by left waist band the first time I put them on and I don’t have long nails. Got worse through out the night.

Definitely does the trick. VERY tight and uncomfortable at the waste because the top comes down to merge with the middle! I fit into the dress but felt uncomfortable the entire time.

These did a fabulous job. I wore them under my wedding stress. I'm 5'8 and 135 lbs, got a size medium.
