I got mine in the mail and decided, what the heck, I love tea. I started making the cold brew version with the bottle they sell and honestly, I love it. In fact, I need it now daily. Its refreshing, delicious and it helps my bloating. I noticed immediately. I love the idea I saw of adding fruit, I add this with frozen fruit as ice and use water in it for the rest of the day. I tried it hot, but I prefer it cold. I work out about 4 days a week, I diet and do not have kids to worry about pricing. I think it's worth it, but also wish it was significantly less money... Does it wake you up? For me, not really. I still have a cup of coffee in the AM with Laird Superfood creamer and this in the afternoon as my treat. I think this product works as long as you watching dairy (causes inflammation) and whatever else can make you bloat. :) Review: Excellent Company & Products - This tea is really yummy. However, I didn't hear any negatives about this tea. I started this tea because I wanted to feel energized and loose a bit of my bloat. At first it was fine but two days into it I was so tired I started taking naps in the afternoon. My face broke out in cystic acne (which I have never had in the 40 years I have been alive) and I wasn’t sleeping well either. Three days ago I stopped drinking this tea after a friend told me that this is like drinking espresso and coming down from that caffeine high. Since then I have slept better and have more energy during the day.
