I really liked these beads. The install was easy and they lasted a long time in my hair. I used them to install tinsel into my hair which they were perfect for. These beads were nice and small so they didn't feel bulky in my hair and were easy to conceal.

I was looking for beads that could be used for fairy hair but wouldn't be as large and noticeable as the beads that come in the kits (5mm). The 3mm fit the bill in that they are suuuuuuper tiny and much more difficult to see once you get them in your hair. That's the upside. The downside is that they're more difficult to work with because crochet tool that comes with the kits is too large to fit through the bead hole, so you have to stick each piece of tinsel on one at a time. I then used a thread (like sewing thread) to loop my hair through the bead. (See picture...the yellow thread is what I used to loop around my hair and pull it through the bead.) You'll only get 5-10 strands of hair to go through, so divide each hunk of hair down to just a few strands. Some of the silicone rings wanted to slide out of the bead, so keep an eye on that. I think the edges of these beads are a little sharper than the 5mm ones also, because crimping them cut some of the tinsel. Crimp gently but firmly. That said, they've been in my hair for about 2 months now and are holding strong through brushing and washing. So worth it if you specifically want almost invisible beads, but be aware that they're a pain to use and will take twice as long as the larger beads. They do work though.

I have used many different brands and so far this is my go to brand. These are the best because they are the smallest, most secure and blend-able beads. excellent quality and secure for very thin fine hair. Less noticeable and a better color match for all blondes. Most beads are very yellow in color and this is the most natural root/scalp color. I would definitely recommend.

Perfec

These are too small to be used with the loopong tool, which makes it a huge pain in and of itself. But to top it off, the silicone kept coming out of the beads when I slid them into place, and when I used pliers to secure them, the beads that managed to stay with the silicone literally broke. I've never been so annoyed by a product. I even got help and the same problems keep happening! Maybe I got a defective batch, but I read other reviews that had the same issue with it being too small to work with the wire threading tool, so I don't think that's a defect. If it can't work with the standard tool, it should come with one that works with it. I'm not going to buy a bunch of other things to see if I can make these work.

I love the color and the size. They blend in with natural blondes really well.

These are a standard size nano bead and colours are as pictured. All the beads have the silicone perfectly in place, which is pretty rare (and greatly appreciated). I saw reviews saying these are too small- but they are the most typical ‘nano bead’ size. I would be careful to make sure the extensions you’re buying have a standard nano tip. 1) The company you’re buying hair from may not adhere to the typical tip dimensions, forcing you to use micro beads when you were trying to use nano supplies. 2) I just got a threader that was advertised for nano beads but the wire was far too thick- definitely meant for micro link which may pull your hair through, but will likely cause damage and displace the silicone. 3) If youre in Canada (especially Ontario) I recommend Hair Flair extensions based in London, ON. I have no affiliation with them, just recommending because that’s what I buy. They are high quality extensions, as cheap as you will pay for that quality. These beads are perfect for any nano-tip extensions I’ve ever had.

Good rings, don’t tarnish

Sie sind schön klein und fallen im Haar kaum auf, was mir persönlich super wichtig ist. Durch die Silikonbeschichtung sitzen sie richtig gut, ohne dass etwas rutscht, und gleichzeitig habe ich nicht das Gefühl, dass meine eigenen Haare darunter leiden. Das Einsetzen klappt problemlos und auch beim Tragen merkt man sie kaum – nichts drückt oder ziept. Was ich auch gut finde: Wenn man sie wieder entfernen will, geht das ohne Stress und ohne, dass man das Gefühl hat, alles kaputt zu machen. Für mich machen sie genau das, was sie sollen – Würde ich wieder kaufen 👍
