Was also recommended by Auburn Mech Eng and Industrial Design, CADC, students for structural prototype components application with BambuLabs X1C and X1E .4 hardened nozzle, did NOT run through AMS but with Creality dryer. NO ISSUES.

I was surprised to find that this filament didn’t require any changes to my print profile for 95A Hatchbox TPU. Using this in Bambu Labs X1C (without AMS of course). I had no issues with this filament. It was properly wound and is much more flexible than the 95A. Polymaker never disappoints.

Was tearing my hair out for HOURS of troubleshooting. Tried different retraction length/speeds, nozzles, print speeds, extruder changes, etc. Turned out there were such thick diameter parts of filament periodically that it would jam due to increased force to push it through the heatbreak/hotend. In the 2 foot section between the spool and extruder, I measure 1.60-1.90mm diameter. I cannot even manually feed the thickest sections into my hot end with the extruder taken off the printer. You will NEVER get this filament to print with this kind of variability.

S'imprime très facilement sur A1Mini en utilisant les paramètres officiel fournis par Polymaker sur leur site, même si il peut arriver parfois que le filament se bloque dans l'extrudeur lorsque celui chauffe beaucoup (m'est arrivé 1 ou 2 fois en 6 mois d'utilisation) Comme pour toute matière souple, être précautionneux lors du chargement (laissé l'extrudeur "monté en pression" de matière fondue et bien faire le tirage a froid) et lors du déchargement je peux conseiller de le faire manuellemet en faisant moté l'extrudeur à 220°C pour pouvoir rétiré "proprement" le filament de l'extrudeur. Sèchage du filament fortement conseillé (6h@60°C) et stockage en sachet zip avec déshumidificateur) Rendu très brilliant après impression alors que le filament est mat sur la bobine, texture assez souple et moelleux donc facile à rendre "dur" en augmentant les couche et le remplissage. Très difficile à déchiré, la cohésion intercouche est bluffante, tient très bien en température parfait pour tout type de pièces souple et joint d'étanchéité en tout genre (j'ai refait les joints d'une cafetière à filtre)
