just received my second bag. I love this one it's all natural ingredients and easy to make. I love the maple syrup pearls that are in there absolutely delicious!

Reminds me of light buckwheat
This pamcake mix was easy to make. It cooked up quickly at a low medium heat. The mix itself tastes pretty maple-y to me, but once mixed and cooked I found it to be more reminiscent of a mild buckwheat pancakes taste. That was a bit disappointing, but they were good and filled me up. The batter was pretty thick and these didn't rise as much as other pancake mixes. I will probably try their maple syrup. I appreciate small batches.

This mad made some of the best waffles. They were so good and tasty. You didn’t even need to use syrup. I will definitely be a repeat customer.
