How much helium do I need to fully inflate the balloon? (maybe 3.25 cubic ft? I might be way off...)

I am sorry I am unsure...we bought one of those at home party balloon helium tanks for like $22. We used it to inflate this...the very larg Olaf balloon and then about 20 other 16 inch normal balloons. The tank is not empty. Hope that helps.

This is a BALLOON to be filled with helium. Elsa is on one side and Anna is on the other.

Do these baloons have that "anagram" rainbow logo actually on them or is it just in the images on amazon?

WOW, boy am I late. No the anagram is not on the baloon. since the party is this month, I just opened the package.

does it comes infated?

No it comes deflated but in package not flat
