Great product and works well especially when combining with exercise and a healthy diet. Highly recommended!

So far so good, i haven't been taking them long enough yet to write a complete review; but what I can say is that they are very easy to swallow, no horrible after taste/repeating on me or negative side effects ( no problems sleeping or massive low/come down). Whilst only using 1 or 2 tablets at a time for a short period of time I cannot comment on any weight lost yet, but I can say they do make you sweat a lot, so its advisable to drink plenty of fluids.

Good value for money. Added to smoothies and noticing a difference after 2 months.

These tablets are okay. The packaging is very clever as it means they can be posted through the letterbox and they look stylish. They kept me more alert at work which is good but as for burning more fat at the gym, unfortunately I have had better results with other tablets.

Hi not happy with my purchase, supposed to be a count of 45 capsules but I opened them on Tuesday to find only a count of 10 .I have used 4 already which leaves 6 .I am not happy .

Not very effective. I used Red Cell for some time and found it quite the best supplement for me . I was disappointed when told that it had been discontinued, I tried this supplement and the thermo pro , neither of them were in the same league as R ed Cell ,I could ride well over sixty miles and still feel strong and alert with RC but with thermo unfortunately I find it to be hardly effective even after the recommend amount . This is my personal experience with this product, others may , of course experience a totally different effect from this product.

im usually really lethargic in the morning, it takes me a good few hours to wake up properly and concentrate at work, took 1 of these this morning and im sharp as a knife! don't feel jittery, just feel awake and focused. will try taking 2 before my workout tonight and see how that works and let you know

Les pilules sont assez grosses, mais elles glissent très bien. Pour ma part, aucune difficulté à les avaler ! Quant à l’efficacité, c’est à voir dans le temps puisque je viens de commencer. Il y a bien un effet boost, je les prends avant le sport le matin. À voir par la suite !

J’ai repris le sport il y a pas longtemps et j’avais pas beaucoup d’énergie. Suite a une recommandation j’ai acheté ce produit pour me aider à réussir mes objectifs et c’est le cas! Il me donne plus d’énergie!

Produit déjà ouvert !!! J’ai compté le nombre de gélules à l’intérieur il y en a bien 45 cependant le pilulier étant déjà ouvert et l’odeur me semblant étrange, je ne les consommerais pas ! Je ne prends aucun risque
