Quality replacement
Quality Shimano replacement for discontinued hoods. I have bought these many times.

Fit Like The Originals
It's hard to find genuine ST-6870 hoods, so you will be pleased to know that these may fit better than the originals. I only get about 2 years on a set of hoods, so we will see how long these last. Pro tip: use hand sanitizer on the insides of the hoods and they will pull right over the shifter. The sanitizer will evaporate and you are set to go.

Worked for Specialized Tarmac
Great replacement for my Tarmac, I used hand sanitizer as lube and they were pretty easy to get on without tearing. Feels nice to have brand new grips for a cheap price.

Thickness of the rubber and easy install
Highly recommended replacement. Rubber was thick and easy to install. If you are out of luck looking for authentic ones, these are the next best thing.

Actually fitted pretty well. Can't comment on the longevity as I sold the the shifters as I had no bike to fit them to.

A good substitute?
Only just had them fitted to the bike. Look good and feel substantial. We'll see how they are after a few rides. Have the potential to be a good buy.
