I hope to never need it, but it appears ideal. Small, light and compact

I bought the Life Bivvy and Life Tent together both are by the same maker and Both are incredibly good, easy to use and easy to put back into the tiny stuff bags that they come in. I hope that I never have to use these but its good to know that I have them in my day sack when I go hill/mountain walking. These are bright orange on the outside and silver on the inside they also have a whistle but that to be honest isn't to great, get yourself a Referee type its louder.

Works well keeping you warm, ideal size and weight for carrying and offers high levels of waterproofness, unfortunately it ripped a little too easy

Just what was needed.

My bivy bag appeared to be have faulty construction: no seam around the opening and no paracord drawstring. In use, the amount of moisture from sweat that accumulates in the bag means that everything gets soaking wet. I am sure that in an emergency it could be a vital piece of equipment but I won't be using this in any other circumstance. The mylar is reasonably durable but I still managed to put a couple of holes in it in spite of being careful.

Quality awful ...its waste of money . Very bad product.

Not what I was expecting at all based on description and images. Have higher quality space blankets that cost less than £1

We bought these LIFE BIVY to keep in our vehicle in the event of an emergency on the road. We travel a lot during the winter and like to be prepared with extra blankets, shovel, flashlight, snacks, etc. Although that emergency hasnt happened, thankfully, we tested the bags by wearing them over simple clothing and shoes and sitting outside in PA's 30'F winter. We were still warm and dry after an hour. My husband tucked his coffee mug inside his bag but that produced condensation which made him cold sooner. I could have stayed out there for much longer. The bags pack up very small so they dont take up much space at all, are a comfortable, roomy fit, light and surprisingly very warm. I'll be ordering several more for our children who also drive in the winter. Great addition to our safety kits during storms of all kinds too. I only wish I could convince our cat to sit still inside it with me! Great find!

Purchased for hunting backpack in case I get stuck while out in the mountains while hunting. Hoping I never have to use it!! Super small and light, does not take up much critical space in the backpack or add weight.
