Can any one tell me if these can be put on over existing tiles and also cut to fit please ?

The tiles are secured on a mesh. Cutting off whole tiles is easy with scissors. Provide the existing tiled surface is flat you should be able to fit them on top. If the original tiled surface is not flat then final finish with the mosaics would not look good.

How do you stick them on existing tiles?

I tiled them as you would normal tiles, they stuck very well.
