Actually made a difference.
I am 74 and after nearly 3 to 4 weeks I can actually tell a difference in my endurance. I actually have some added energy I never have had for a long time. I am so, so grateful!❤️👍

Best Veggie/Fruit supplement out there!
These are pricier than a lot of other brands, but they work better for me too! They contain just about every fruit and vegetable you could consume. I highly recommend!

Our bodies need nutrients... this can help...
I use these, certainly a lot more affordable (but, frankly, STILL NOT INEXPENSIVE) than alternatives, and being on Disability for a host of Health Issues not sure need all they SAY to take so I take 1 every other day (as, on Disability, just cannot afford buying as often as would have to if take as many as they want you too) - certainly isn't hurting my Health cause (getting at least some supplement boosts, sure better than none to help the body self-regulate). :) I feel better now, with these, than I did before, Placebo? Not really noticing any difference
Been taking these for 4 weeks now and haven't really noticed any difference. But what I really wanted to mention is if the suggested use is 3 capsules per day then why is the total number of capsules in the bottle not a multiple of 3? At the end of the bottle I had 1 capsule left of the veggies and 2 capsules left of the fruits. Taking 3 per day I would expect no "leftovers" when finishing a bottle.

Great price
They were a great price compared to the others that cost over 89 dollars for only two bottles

Increased my blood glucose
Took as directed notice a big spike in my glucose level so I stopped taking them for a few days and my level went back down to where it was before taking these supplements. I tried again and once more my levels shot way up! If you take these and are concerned about your blood sugar check often.
