I honestly think I have a laptop computer that weighs more than this stool, yet this stool is extremely sturdy and will support a lot of weight, no joke!!! I don't remotely come close to the weight limit, but am disabled and often "land" a bit harder on items that don't have armrests. I cannot stand too long so when I was looking at a house I brought that along so I could sit without carrying a bulky chair. This folds so slim you could tuck it behind almost anything.It would be great for all kinds of purposes. I don't know how well it would work if you were using it on grass (as a seat) since it does have four points to the legs and you will likely sink in, but on any solid surface this thing can go all day long!It's also come in quite handy as a side table - in that circumstance I would say it would be absolutely fine on grass.I can't tell you how many compliments I've received on this and how many times I've had to link it to others. You'd swear I worked for the company I show it so much!

This is a nice foldable barstool that’s easy to store away. It looks nice, is super lightweight, and good quality. It’s supposed to hold up to 600lbs but it didn’t come with a manual or card that described its ability to hold heavier pounds, but it holds my husband just fine and he’s 240lbs.

It is what it is. A small fold up stool. But what's really impressive is how comfortable and sturdy it is. It's light weight and easily portable which is some I like when I have long distances to walk and need to give my knee a bit of rest. Totally will buy again.

Very sturdy and easy to handle

This stool was bought as a replacemment for a cheaper, flimsier stool that finally collapsed under me during a music performance (no, I'm not obese). This one has a more steady feel, and it's a good combination of strong and lightweight/carriable. I found the seat (hard plastic) to be uncomfortable, so I added a padded (13"-diameter) bar stool cover (bought separately). The fit is good. Even though I've only used this stool on a single job, I predict I will get atbout 3 or 4 years of steady use from it, sitting on it for 10-15 min. during live performances, as I play a lap steel guitar. This is the 2nd one I purchased. First one still going strong, just wanted a 2nd one for another purpose. Lightweight and well made, folds easy and has handle. I feel secure sitting on it to play guitar at outdoor gigs and the other one I use when grooming my dog on the grooming table. To make it more comfy, i purchased a 13 inch stool cushion that wraps around with elastic and looks great too and adds comfort. Highly recommend for anytime you need a portable seat that is easy to fold, carry, and store

I use it as a little side table so I don’t know about somebody’s weight on this stool, but it is well made and perfect for putting a coffee mug and a sandwich plate on it. It has a sturdy resin type top. It opens and closes very easily and the 18 inches is perfect for what I needed, so I would highly recommend this little stool using it as a side table.
