Horn Speaker 8 Ohm 8W, White

This was to replace a 20w from Maplin so was a bit sceptical but worth a try at 1/4 of the price.Very pleased with speed of delivery & service, the speaker works just as well as the bigger one, very clear and loud.Highly recommended and about to send for another now I know how good they are.After hours wasted searching ebay I wish I found this company and speaker sooner, we all want a bargain but why buy second hand crap on ebay which usually ends up costing more!!Well worth five stars.

Friends of mine have just bought a classic Bedford ice-cream van, but it was without an ice-cream jingle / chime player. These are now quite expensive to buy. Enter the 8 Ohm 8 W horn speaker. I bought two and hooked then up to a 10w 12volt stereo amp (tripath, 15 quid, also on Amazon), and an old iPod nano loaded with jingles ripped from u-Tube videos. Loudest and best sounding ice-ream van in the country now!

Nice pair of horns, attractive, easy to fix to a baseboard. Very quick delivery.

Bought it with a 10watt amp to make an amusing PA system + aux input for noises from my phone. And for that it works fine.Item states its 15watts, but seems loud enough.Speaker also comes with about a foot of cable. (black/white positive, black negative)
