Very sturdy and great value for the money
This product is heavy duty welded metal. There is no way this thing will ever break. Opening is 3-1/8 inches. My power rack is a PowerTec rack, and the rack has 2-3/8 inches by 2-3/8 posts. This fits just fine. The lever arm works just fine, but if your rack is less than 3x3 you may want some sort of washer or bushing to keep it from moving (though it works fine without any modifications). I don’t use bumper plates, but if you do then you won’t be able to load much weight on there. But if you use old school iron plates - or especially if you use calibrated plates - you will be able to load a good amount of weight. The sleeve is 11 inches long. To give you a sense of it, I can load 7 of my 45 pound plates (with no room to spare) or 5 100 pound plates (with about an inch to spare).

An overall nice addition
Sure beats the $250 price tag on the fringe sport attachment. Does exactly what I need it to. Would be nice if they made a hole/pin model specifically for 3x3 racks. There's a little wobble, but it's not something you really notice while performing the exercise. I'm going to get all the paint off of the pin because it's such a tight fit that the paint scrapes off. Nearly cut myself on a piece scraping off. Company clearly didn't use the right paint/apply a primer. Overall, it's a nice addition to my home gym.

Too good to be true
Picked this up on sale I should’ve known better construction is decent but, the mounting holes are too small and weren’t fully pressed out, not allowing the loading pin to pass through. In the condition this arrived, it is completely unusable thankfully I have access to tools to fix something that should’ve been quality checked in the factory

It's ok, does what it needs to do..
Had this in my cart and i couldn't believe the price it went to.. snatched it up under $10. Ya the build is ok, they didn't clean it much prior to the powder coating but it will do what it needs to do. I can't complain at all even if it doesn't get much use it still is nice to have. Fits my rack nicely with enough room to add a teflon washer on both sides to keep it from scuffing the post of the rack. I'll expect to have this re-coated as it is chipping and flaking like crazy. But for what i paid for it I really can't complain. It came well packaged and has a little weight to it 15lbs on my scale.

Must have side holes (H-shape) and use it from the ground.
I am specifically talking about the "H-shape." It seems many reviews here are mixed with the product options. What I wanted to do was create an incline / flat bench press machine using independent arms. I refused to accept that it was not possible to do that with this so I invested a good bit of time cyphering that out. Ultimately I had to accept that what I got was a deadlift device which, as I already have a hex and straight bar, is of no value to me. The build quality is good for the price but I would not load it to capacity and will comment why. First - there is not even a hint about how to put it together. One picture even seems to show the parts oriented in reverse with the weights going where your body should be when using it. If you look at the schematic it gets more clear. Second - the holes for the pins in mine were not centered and there were not two like the picture. I saw what looks like "other" mounting brackets in the picture but none came with this device and the off center pin path is what creates the gap on the cage uprights. It's about 1/2 inch off so the bracket moves up and down. That amount of play which if you load this thing up would be significant, it not good for weld. I corrected this by drilling my own hole to match the bracket. You can see this one of the pictures. That brings me to the next point: Third - this mounts via side holes, not front holes. So if you have safety bar and bar hook holes that run front to back like I do, you cannot use this device. It is set up to be mounted via side holes (like the one I made in the picture.) I had hoped the brackets shown in the picture would allow for conversion - but there were no brackets. I tried to make it work after making my own holes, but there is no way to stop the arms from going to the floor next to the bench. I was not going to drill more holes to make it adjustable as there was just no ergonomic way to make a safety stop. I tried pipe stands (see picture) but the handles and weights are on the same piece so you cannot adjust the grips to avoid the weights hitting the stands. I even moved the stands to far end of the plate stack but then it was so far out once you lay on the bench you kind of have to do a fly to get it off the stands. When I ran the stands all the way to full height it revealed enough twisting that the arms would slowly start sliding inward and off the stand. It is clearly intended to be used off the ground. The last point - the load capacity. The universal linkage that allows two planes of movement seems solid but that it not where I see this failing. The handles and plate stack are a one piece sleeve that slides over the main lever arms and glide on plastic end caps. There is a fair amount of wobble. So if you put the full 300# on the plate stack, it is going to twist up against the arm, then when you pick it up, it's going to twist back down. That repeated twist is going to quickly take its toll. I saw this with just a 45 plate on each side resting on the pipe stand. If for some reason you want a independent arm action deadlift or perhaps bent over row device that is both this complicated and space consuming then I suppose it work. If you thought you were going to make a DIY Hammer Machine Bench press, this is not the answer.

Use the landmine for your workouts and watch your workout explode
The versatility of landmine workouts is absolutely insane. If you are looking for circuit training made easy, then look no further. This attachment increases the performance and functionality to a whole new level. Extremely easy to assemble only requiring tightening 4 bolts. Absolutely happy with this purchase. The ease of use and sturdiness make this simple piece of equipment the most value for your money that you will find in your home gym.

Heavy Duty
This product does exactly as described was able to assemble in just a few minutes. All the parts fit together perfectly. It’s made of very heavy duty material. The paint or powder coating that’s on there is not the greatest. You can just repaint over it . I used it today for the first time Works exactly as it’s supposed to. Great value for the money.

Pretty good
Great product. Little bit loose.

No belt included
The apparatus looks ok but it is missing the belt to go with the belt squat. The may not be big enough is you have a large cage or squat rack. I think it also needs a stand at the bottom or it might dig into your rack. On the plus side the metal is very solid.

Stabil und stylisch
Sehr stabil. Farbe auch genial. Sehr dunkel. Da wackelt nichts und es hält einiges aus. 150 kg Langhantel drauf abgelegt, kein Ding. Klare Empfehlung.
