Belt Squats for the win
For the price it works great, I didnt even attach it to a rack, it's hanging off a plate tree and its awesome.

Very sturdy and great value for the money
This product is heavy duty welded metal. There is no way this thing will ever break. Opening is 3-1/8 inches. My power rack is a PowerTec rack, and the rack has 2-3/8 inches by 2-3/8 posts. This fits just fine. The lever arm works just fine, but if your rack is less than 3x3 you may want some sort of washer or bushing to keep it from moving (though it works fine without any modifications). I don’t use bumper plates, but if you do then you won’t be able to load much weight on there. But if you use old school iron plates - or especially if you use calibrated plates - you will be able to load a good amount of weight. The sleeve is 11 inches long. To give you a sense of it, I can load 7 of my 45 pound plates (with no room to spare) or 5 100 pound plates (with about an inch to spare).

Good product, could use something to protect equipment from damage
This attachment is great. Super durable, nice dark steel and easy to use. My only con is that it is damaging my equipment because there is no rubber or protective covering on the edge where it connects with my weight stand.

I needed to slightly modify my Smith machine to make it work
Awesome and works well with my belt

Too good to be true
Picked this up on sale I should’ve known better construction is decent but, the mounting holes are too small and weren’t fully pressed out, not allowing the loading pin to pass through. In the condition this arrived, it is completely unusable thankfully I have access to tools to fix something that should’ve been quality checked in the factory

It is very okay
It’s okay. The quality is fine. It is a little short which can make it difficult. I got it on sale. For that sale price you really couldn’t go wrong. In closing if you can grab it cheap it’s something to switch up leg days. Don't think it will blow you away though.

It's ok, does what it needs to do..
Had this in my cart and i couldn't believe the price it went to.. snatched it up under $10. Ya the build is ok, they didn't clean it much prior to the powder coating but it will do what it needs to do. I can't complain at all even if it doesn't get much use it still is nice to have. Fits my rack nicely with enough room to add a teflon washer on both sides to keep it from scuffing the post of the rack. I'll expect to have this re-coated as it is chipping and flaking like crazy. But for what i paid for it I really can't complain. It came well packaged and has a little weight to it 15lbs on my scale.

Poor design, not practical or realistic travel of lift
The overall design looked like it would work, but actually using it proved to be different. It’s a clumsy design that requires you to have to hook a chain up to lift the weight and the travel is not realistic compared to a natural squat. It’s also has very limited travel so the actual resistance you get only applies for less than a foot once you stand. It also forces you to lean forward to maintain your center of gravity, which is actually worse for my back and is the exact opposite of what I needed this piece of equipment to do. I’m just gonna to go back to front squats and using the trap bar. Note: if you’re taller than 5 1/2 feet I don’t think this is going to work for you. I’m 6 feet 1 inch tall and even using a longer piece of chain (which I had to supply myself) and it just still doesn’t work.

Worth it
Cumbersome to bring to the gym but weĺl worth it if you have shoulder or back injuries preventing barbell squats. Your are lifting about 60 percent of barbell weight but this item can handle up to 300lbs easily. Who meeds more?

No belt included
The apparatus looks ok but it is missing the belt to go with the belt squat. The may not be big enough is you have a large cage or squat rack. I think it also needs a stand at the bottom or it might dig into your rack. On the plus side the metal is very solid.
