Can you attach onto the back of the Bike ?

No, this is the worst bag ever for delivery. Don’t ever buy this bag. It’s terrible. So so so bad. It fell apart after one day of delivery.

Does it spill drinks?

If the drink is sealed with a sticker no, it won't spill. but if the lid is not properly closed of course it will spill. But I haven't had any spilling issues.

It needs a big handle on the top where it looks like there's just an ID slot so that if it's not on your back items are balanced. Is there one?

No, unfortunately there is not a big handle. It’s meant to carry like a backpack. So I just balance it by holding it.
