I haven't used it yet, however, the look is spectacular, the shape, the quality and the reflection strips are a plus. it is roomy and sturdy. The insulation is pretty thick (wish there was insulation in the drink pouches but that would probably hike the price up). The zippers are sturdy, glides right through. This bag does not match the pricing, its the true definition of a steal. I would by it again or use other products from this brand

Excellent bag for anyone looking to buy a delivery bag for uber eats, DoorDash and other delivery services. Comes with pockets for the drinks and it’s very roomy for all your food. Good quality zipper and material. Very nice features for traveling , good insulation for what’s intended. Definitely good value for money. I’m satisfied with the product

Needed to get this product for food deliveries and I can say it’s good for beginners. I recently got the new upgraded version a couple months ago. Keeps food insulated for pretty long times. It’s also very lightweight, and can fit most food orders. However, there are times when I don’t have enough space so I always have an extra tote bag with me. Only can fit small-medium sized pizzas from places like papa John’s/dominoes. Definitely not large. If you are planning to carry actual large pizza’s from a pizzeria, it will not be able to fit. The cup holders can probably fit almost any restaurant drink size. You can tighten and loosen them according to size. However, two of the tighteners eventually ripped. The zippers are decent quality, but getting a bit worse overtime. Overall, I would say this is a good delivery bag especially for its price. But there are definitely better out there you can use. I would recommend this to beginners, and to people that want to use it for there own uses.

This backpack is great. It’s lightweight and very comfortable to wear. The inside is spacious and keeps food/drinks warm/cold for long periods of time. The side pockets for drinks are especially useful and very sturdy. The versatility and durability of this bag are high quality.

After 3 months of owning the bag, it is ok the storage is ok, the size is ok and the use is good however the problem is the zipper. The zipper broke on me 2 weeks ago and now I can't close the bag. The zipper quality sucks but the bag is passable. Just be mindful of the zipper if you're buying this bag.

I've been looking for a cooler bag for my fishing trips that will hold a lot of cool drinks and food for a day at the lake. This bag is perfect because I can load lots of refreshments, throw it on like a backpack, then hike down the trail to out favorite spots all while carrying my fishing gear. The fit and finish is top notch, the stitching is well done and the liner keeps the contents cool (or hot) for hours. I definitely recommend this thermal pack if you're going to be doing any hiking, especially with kids. There's lots of extra pockets and bottle holders. Of course, dads know that means you're carrying the load for the whole bunch. 🤣 Parents, I recommend this thermal pack highly, especially on road trips. You can't beat it at this price point.
