GNC is better
GNC enzymes used to work like magic. This one doesn't do anything to my digestion. It's waste of money. Skip it.

These are great only need to take one a day I found with other products it's more than one, they work great never had any problems with digestion or stomach wind since using them it's a shame I can no longer get them on subscription on Amazon but can go to the site that provides them
