I can’t set up my own password?

To set your own password, first make sure its reset to default (0000) by either pressing the reset button, or removing the batteries. Then press the unlock button on bottom right, enter default password (0000), press the "fingerprint area" and open the "safe". While the safe is open, press the password key on lower left of the keypad. A red light should light up, and you can enter your new password.

How to do turn off the sound??

There is a switch on the back of its door, which can switch between voice and simple sound, but no way to turn off the sound.

the door does not close, what should I do?

I couldn't even get either of mine open it was set in a different language and we tried several times different ways so they went to the trash
