"Happy with the service and the quality of the bracelet is good, its also very flexible, yet durable. Received a phone call prior to confirm the size I required which was nice of them to check and alert me to the size option. I chose ie the default size which is large, so it`s worth noting that it comes in small, medium or large (Which would be a good idea to have a drop down option for..... medium probably would fit most peoples wrists)."

The bracelet was delivered practically next day but delight turned to dismay when I discovered the wrong bracelet had been delivered.Please note this company prefers to deal by phone when there is a problem rather than email.Instead of automatically sending a replacement with instructions and postage for the return of the bracelet, I was sent the correct bracelet and left to organise the return of the incorrect one myself. Living in a rural environment, getting to the post office can be problematic, and I admit, on reflection I wasn't too happy about paying the postage for someone else's error, so decided to keep the wrong bracelet as a future replacement or gift and sent a cheque for the full amount, since no discount was offered.Unsure whether I would use this company again.
