This is outstanding einkorn flour. The grind is fine and consistent, and the flavor is richer than modern wheat. I used it for a loaf of einkorn bread and it came out dense, golden, and very tasty. That is exactly what you expect from real ancient grain. The dough handles differently than regular flour, but once you learn the feel of it, the results are excellent. I have not tried cakes yet, but I imagine they would come out more like a pound cake: dense, moist, and full of flavor. This is great flour overall.

Great stuff and honest company; flavor is lovely! It's definitely not the same to work with as the common flours we see in American grocery stores, but it gives bread makers a new challenge to address; that being rise and crumb. I look forward to figuring it out, especially for such a profoundly nutrient rich product.

This einkorn flour makes excellent chocolate chip cookies! Easier to digest if you’re gluten sensitive. I’ve substituted it for regular flour with minor adjustments. I’m happy to have learned the benefits of einkorn flour.

This is very nice flour but 4 stars since it is expensive. The texture is smooth. It has a nice nutty flavor. I am using it to make sourdough bread.

I used this flower to make pizza and to make bread love the taste and it's better for you more nutrients.

Love this flour and all its nutrients. Will continue to order it. Would like to see other products offer under this brand and with this flour as thr main ingredient
