I frequently enter many paper invoices which have to be filed after entering the details. I had previously struggled with a regular hole punch which, although it did the job, took a while to do multiple invoices. I saw this online and at first I was reluctant to spend £60 on a hole punch but the reviews seemed promising so I gave it a go. I'm so glad I did, because it is effortless. It punches many sheets with little to no resistance and is very easy to use. This will save me so much time and fiddling about with a £5 hole punch.The stapler comes with a compartment to store the replacement punches and base plates. I would have expected the punch to come with at least one lot of spares but you have to buy these separately. These are relatively inexpensive but it is slightly annoying that a hole punch of this price does not come with a few quids worth of spares. I must say I haven't had to replace these yet.

When it worked it punched about 50 -70 pages cleanly.The package said "read instructions before using" but there were no instructions enclosed. I never did work out where to put on the thing that was to catch the little white circles.There are plastic discs that receive the metal punch rods and are to be rotated every 5-10 punches. I did so and one still cracked., making the thing useless.For the cost I would have thought it would last a bit more than 3 weeks,I work from home and occasionally need to print and hope punch a trial bundle of 500 to 1,000 pages maybe less than once a week. I thought this would help.There is just me. It wasn't used in an office and I am careful with equipmentI am really cross about wasting my money on this.

Heavy duty hole punch, does what it’s supposed to do.

Good hole punch. Does the job well.But “germ savvy”? What rubbish is this? It is a hole punch, it is not “savvy” by any consideration…

Bought it in November 2024, it broke while punching in February 2025. An absolute waste of money. Poor quality.

I use this product to punch holes in booklets, chapter extracts and journal articles. I've punched holes in booklets up to 70 pages thick without any effort. It works!

This is pretty pricey, but I have bought several so called heavy duty punches for about a tenner or so, over the years, they were all crap, This one does the business, I dread to think how many s***e punches I have dumped over the years.It remains to be seen how long the cutters on this punch will last before I need a replacement set. The best price for a pair of new cutters is about 25 quid, pretty stiff. I am hoping the set I have will see me out

Although it seemed like a great hole punch it didn't manage to cope with thin card. 6 sheets of card upwards left a crease next to each hole caused by the little gap in the metal behind the hole punching mechanism. This ruined our cards and made it unfit for purpose. Such a shame as it was sturdy, easy to use and brilliant with just 1 or 2 sheets.
