description on amazon says apply to clean face leave on for 15 minutes. The package says apply to wet skin rub & rinse off, which is correct?

It’s say apply onto clean face, wait for 20 min then rinse. On my bottle it doesn’t say apply on wet face. You can apply onto your clean dry face. Wetting your face it’s necessary. Hope this helps
