Crescent Cardboard Co Paper RENDR No Show Thru Lay Flat Sketch Book 8.5-inch x 11-inch, 32 Sheets

Brilliant sketchbook. Have been using it with the Arteza Everblend markers and so far am loving it. Normally use glossy paper for these markers so the colours obviously do slightly differ but so far am preferring this paper. Like the other reviews, it clearly doesn’t lie flat but I have been using it with clamp clips to solve this so not too much of an issue. Assume it may lie flat when using the middle of the book, just not the start. Over all really good sketchbook with absolutely no bleed through.

Bought two different size versions of these No Show Sketchbooks for Daughter. Great books for marker pen artist. We were impressed ...! Daughter uses Letraset / Winsor & Newton Marker pens. Allow you to use both sides of pages, as there is no bleed through at all. Pricey, but worth the price. Cover unfortunately has the type of finish that marks easily. Took a while to arrive.

Fantastic Quality and great size for the price

I love the paper, but I probably wouldn't buy this particular sketchbook again and would go for a ring-bound version in the same size, as it doesn't really lie 'flat' and is kind of a pain to position when working horizontally. The paper, however, is top-notch and lives up to everything claimed on the packaging. Heck yes, would buy other products in this line again.

It's an A6 sketchbook so very small but that's how it's described. However it says it lays flat but the pages seem to be bound so tight that opening the sketchbook makes it so the pages will always be bent open. I don't see how you could possibly make the book lay flat without bending the pages beyond belief and making it so the book won't actually close. Will have to use elastic to keep it closed since just opening it enough to draw on made the sketchbook unable to close. It is no show thru though so that's something

This is not a lay flat product. Very expensive for very small size (it is as described but you can't imagine how small it is!) Biggest problem was NOT lay flat in any way. If you are after lay flat go for a different product. Successfully returned via Amazon for full refund though

Pretty disappointed sadly, I think this product needs to have a clearer display of the sizes of the sketchbooks. What I though was going to be A5 (according to the comments) was actually more like A6. I don't understand why they even make them this small, they're too difficult to draw in as the cover and paper is so thick that it nearly takes a crank to pry the book open. And you can forget about it "laying flat". It does not. Not in the slightest. My positives however are that the quality of paper does seem very good, and the promise of alcohol markers not bleeding through is what draws me in. I will give the A4 book a go at some point but the it's a bit pricey right now.

I wanted to use it with a fountain pen. But it's a painful experience. It is not suitable for it as this paper is very dry - it's probably because of solvent. On the other hand, when I used Sharpie paper was bleeding a lot. So it is an experimental paper - I paid for to experiment a bit :( - wasn't good one

Inizio dicendo che le dimensioni sono minori delle mie aspettative, soprattutto in proporzione al prezzo, infatti è praticamente una dimensione poket. Tuttavia non ha tradito le mie aspettative! Volevo provarlo per colorare con i copic markers. Devo dire che per quante volte abbia rimarcato sullo stesso punto, sulla facciata opposta non c'è alcuna traccia di colore! In definitiva, costicchia ma vale quel che spendi perché mantiene le promesse! Servizio amazon impeccabile come sempre naturalmente.

El paquete llegó sano y salvo unos días antes de lo previsto. La Libreta es pequeñita,pequeñita, -no me fijé en las medidas cuando la encargué- pero fué la excusa perfecta para llevarla en el bolso y dibujar tomándome un café. El papel se comporta como papel de Bristol: los colores de rotuladores de alcohol son muy intensos y como oscurecidos si se comparan con el resultado que da un papel para markers tipo el de Canson. Esperaba sinceramente un comportamiento como el del papel de marker, pero en general la libreta está bien, no sangra el reverso de la página y es bonita una vez le sacas la banda de papel que tiene en un lateral.

This sketchbook may be small but don’t let it’s size deceive you, it packs a huge punch! The pages are fully bleed proof, even withstanding my Ohuhu alcohol markers and my Himi gauche! It holds pigment really well and, like I said, no bleed or transfer AT ALL! Absolutely amazing sketchbook

Nicht so ganz günstig, aber es blutet wirklich nichts gut... obwohl das Papier gar nicht soo dick ist. . Hätte ich nicht gedacht. Farben lassen sich außerdem optimal verblenden. Mir gefällt auch der weiche und flexible Umschlag, aber das ist sicher Geschmacksache. Für mich -unterwegs- ist es jedoch ideal, da ich es gut die Tasche bekomme.

Wenn man mal von dem etwas gewöhnungsbedürftigen Geruch absieht gibt es wirklich nichts an dem Skizzenbuch auszusetzen. Das Papier ist einfach klasse. Ich habe es mir für meine Marker gekauft, die ja bekanntlich bei jeden anderen Papier durchbluten. Bei diesem hier aber nicht! Man sieht absolut nichts auf der Rückseite. Das Buch ist wirklich jeden Cent wert! (habe damals 11,09€ bezahlt)
