The mixture is the heated and beaten to form a nougat-like soft bar. The result is a taste like having a roasted almond melt in your mouth. Traditional nougat. Gluten free. Comes in standard size of 150 gram bar. Ingredients Toasted almonds (72%), honey (14.5%), sugar, glucose syrup, egg white and emulsifier (mono and diglycerides of fatty acids).
