Really nice. Before I just had a souvenir quality natural gourd, and this is just a much nicer experience. It looks great, perfect size and shape, easy to clean. Feels durable and like the leather will patina nicely. The bombilla is nice too.

Very well made, beautiful mate gourd
I'm very pleased with the workmanship of this yerba mate gourd. The ceramic torpedo shape brews just like one of my Imperial calabash gourds, but without having to season this one first, or the meticulous care so it dries properly and doesn't mold after use. A quick rinse of the ceramic cup and it's good to go for next time... great for travel. Also, a ceramic gourd won't affect the taste of the current mate, the way previous yerba mate stored in the walls of the calabash can.
