Wasn't convinced it could work but after the first night things felt alot fresher and odour had dramatically reduced. Am continuing to use for the full 7 days and am noticing improvement each day. Really easy to use, no burning or stinging (which i was worried about as suffer with vaginal atrophy due to perimenopause)and only slight leakage overnight.
