I saw a number of complaints about leaking which are completely justified. That stupid white washer they send with it peels apart and must go on the inside and the outside of the tank when assembling. I learned that one the hard way. Once assembled properly, this is filters the water, no chemical taste from city processing... I do not have litmus to test the PH. We drink water at room temperature and keep this on a kitchen table where accessible. I have had mine for a month and also bought new cartridges for it... I never let the water in the lower tank go below the filter so that does not dry out. Good water. Assembly was not hard but they really should have pointed out a detail on the washers a little bit better. I was buying 9ph bottled water, this will pay for itself in time.

This unit works better than the reverse osmosis unit I bought. The handle was broken on one side when I opened the box but it doesn't affect the operation of it at all so I'm keeping it. The water tastes really good.

Flawed and deceptive. Dont buy this system. If by accident the water level goes below the filter it will dry out and won't filter or drip water through. Which maes it useless. This unit doesn't really hold the amount of water that it claims and filters are expensive.

It works as expected giving me the PH level I wanted.

Makes great tasting water and holds up to 2 gallons per refill! It's very durable and sleek and saves a lot of space in my refrigerator!
