philosophy cinnamon buns shower gel | 480ml | bubble bath | body wash

I've been wanting to try this for a while but the price has always put me off. Eventually I decided to give it a go and I don't regret it. It smells exactly like the icing you get on cinnamon buns which is what I wanted and isn't a fragrance you see very often. However, the scent doesn't last too long on the skin unfortunately after a shower or bath and the price does make it difficult to justify repurchasing. I'll enjoy using it this time, but I doubt I would buy again unless there was a sale on.

I need to start with a confession.. I have no idea what magnolia is supposed to smell like. That being said I do like the smell of this. There’s some white flower creamy depth to it which is nicely offset by something at the lighter end of the scale. All in all a pleasant floral scent. I may even try a spritz of something like Chanel No. 5 over it to see what it’s like. I know, I know, I should now wash my heretical mouth out with (floral scented) soap. Quality-wise It’s quite thick stuff, and it really seems to go a long way. I need around twice as much of my normal shower gels and shampoo to get the same coverage and clean feeling as I do from this. As a shampoo it seems to work well enough for my fine, mid length hair, which feels soft enough after using it.. So although it’s pricey it’s good value for money, especially as it’s an all rounder. I think it will be great to take on hols as you just need the one bottle. And if you don’t like the smell I’m sure you’ll have a daughter/mum/friend/niece etc who will.

Omg this smells amazing, it lasts for absolutely ages. My skin feels amazing after use. I am obsessed with it. I bought a bottle for my daughter and she is also obsessed with it now

This is THE best smelling shower gel you can buy (in my humble opinion). I have been buying it on and off for the past twenty years and I keep going back to it. It literally smells like you're slathering yourself with the most delicious cinnamon bun and the scent lingers for hours on your skin. You don't need much so a large bottle like this will last for months (at least for me). Perfect Christmas gift!

If you want to smell like sugar and a bakery this is perfect. A little pricy but worn for the long lasting smell and amazing lather

What can I say? Philosophy makes a Great shower gel. Amazon has been my go to shop to buy them recently because very few stores stock a variety of scents here in Australia. At Christmas I ordered them from both Amazon & Sephora. The Amazon ones had to come all the way from the US and arrived Before the Sephora ones. The only thing I could wish for is that they would carry more scent options, but other than that, I am a very happy customer.

I use this and have used it since it came out. Love the product. With that said no other place I've bought this product from ever has pump attached. I had to send it back because it leaked in the box while in route here

I love philosophy body wash it’s so thick and it doesn’t slide off your hand before you wipe yourself down. And the scents are so nice.
