What do they mean by combed cotton? Are they 95% cotton? How many in the multipack? Are these good post operation?

These knickers are roomy .after having abdo surgery particularly comfort is vital! the cotton content makes the skin breath especially important when waiting for skin to heal.,and repair.

Can these be worn underneath tight fitted skirts & dresses & can you wear tights over them?

Not for skin tight as you will see the line halfway up

Are there VPL lines when wearing them?

Because they're quite big knickers they sit in the crease between your bum and leg so they're not too bad for showing vpl but you can see it a bit.

hi my name is chris i enjoy wearing womens clothes i like to start to wear panties to i am a size 16 will the panties fit me ok

Hello, Chris. I'm sorry for answering your question so late. Do you mean size XL (waist 33.5-35 inch) of the high waisted underwear? Then our L (waist 32-35 inch) will be suitable for you. Thank you and I'm glad to answer any more questions for you.
