Can I put this in the oven?

It has rubber feet for the counter, so no oven. Sorry.

It says “non stick” so is there an added non stick coating? Not sure I want the extra chemicals

is this good for hard tac candy to pour on and cut candy ?

It is not a cutting board in my opinion. The surface will get ugly if you you cut on it directly. I use it to take the abuse on either side of my sink and as a large hot pad/trivet.

Can you use it for making hard rock candy on it?
