It didn't make me sick, where the brown bag did
I have used this flour a couple times. I am VERY sensitive. I have not gotten sick from this GF flour. YAY that is a win for me! I just wish they would sell in 2# bag. :)

Makes the best bagels!
I bought this to make the viral yogurt flour bagels as using a store bought gluten free blend was to dense.. they are perfect..can’t tell they are gluten free..they freeze great.. I get about 12 bagels per bag..
