I want to love this. The bag itself is great. Love all the customizable compartments. Unfortunately the trolley is cheap. It isn’t sturdy enough and it routinely falls to one side while rolling. The handle doesn’t extend far enough if you’re tall. And unlike the picture, the top doesn’t stay open by itself.

Here are things I like: -the wheels are great, it is very easy to maneuver the bag around - plenty of compartments for all my stuff, I was able to organize the bag suited for my work Here are things I did not like - the base is not sturdy enough to keep the bag secure on it, after 1-2 month I had an overhang - even with the telescope arm down, the lid of the bag does not stay open, which I find inconvenient - the telescope arm broke after 8 months, now I cannot use the bag anymore as it is too heavy to carry around Overall: I would not recommend buying this bag if you are using it daily and have a lot of supplies in it.

I'm using this bag to carry craft materials to meetings. The materials are irregular shapes and I am pleased that I can arrange the dividers to better protect them during transport. I was hoping to arrange the long divider in a 1/3 - 2/3 location but it really only works at the midway point due to where the Velcro strips are placed and that the shorter dividers will only go across half the bag as well. It works for me though, so I'm pleased. After reading other reviews I expected that the bottom flap wouldn't tuck into the zippered slot, but the flap goes in and it zips as it should.

The detachable Trolley stopped working and cannot be fixed barely one Year and only used part time. Very disappointing for a product that was reviewed to last minimum 5 years

The bag is durable. The two biggest issues: 1.) the wheel trolley is of poor quality and had to be thrown out after a short time. 2.) This is not a bag that can be kept open hands free as the top zippered portion does not stay upright due to handle interference.

I purchased this hoping I could get "most" of my vet supplies I carry with me to Barrel racing events. It actually held ALL OF THEM!! Great product and sturdy too! If I ever need a 2nd one, this is one that I will be purchasing 100%
