I’m a type one diabetic and am looking for a travel bag for insulin pump supplies.** A: No, it will not. It is too large by only a couple of inches. **Q: It just comes w/the bag and trolley correct? No medical supplies right?** A: Yes, the supplies are not included. **Q: Does the bag stay on the trolley securely? Does it ever tip over?** A: Yes, it does stay on trolley. The bag is secured with 4 straps of heavy duty velcro. My son's Nurse pulls it around Highschool with Medical equipment. She said it worked well. **Q: what are the internal dimensions?** A: The same as the exterior measurements give or take a 1/16th of an inch. It is cloth with no hard frame except what it sits on so the sides will expand some. Note that it is not the right size to use as a carry-on.
